বিদ্যায়তনিক ও স্বেচ্ছাধীন গবেষকদের মননশীল বৌদ্ধিক চর্চার উন্মুক্ত এক মঞ্চ গড়ে তোলার প্রয়াসেই আমাদের এই অনলাইন গবেষণা পত্রিকার পরিকল্পনা। ভাষা, সাহিত্য ও সংস্কৃতি বিষয়ক যেকোনো গবেষণাধর্মী প্রবন্ধ (কলা ও মানবিকী বিদ্যার যেকোনো শাখার) এই পত্রিকায় সাদরে গৃহীত হবে। তবে নির্দিষ্ট পদ্ধতিমাফিক মণ্ডলী কর্তৃক নির্বাচিত প্রবন্ধই পত্রিকায় প্রকাশিত হবে। আমাদের পরিকল্পনা থাকে পত্রিকার প্রতিটি সংখ্যায় সাধারণ বিভাগের সঙ্গে একটি নির্দিষ্ট বিষয় ভিত্তিক বিশেষ বিভাগ রাখার। আরও পরিকল্পনা থাকে পত্রিকার বিভিন্ন সংখ্যায় প্রকাশিত নির্বাচিত সমধর্মী প্রবন্ধ সংকলন করে পুস্তকাকারে বের করার। তাছাড়া আমাদের পত্রিকাগোষ্ঠী সচেষ্ট হবে ভাষা, সাহিত্য ও সংস্কৃতির বিভিন্ন শাখার অনুশীলনে নিজেদের নিয়মিত সংযুক্ত রাখতে। তাই পত্রিকা প্রকাশের পাশাপাশি আলোচনাসভার আয়োজনও আমরা করে থাকি।
প্রবন্ধ নির্বাচনের পদ্ধতি:
১। নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের মধ্যে গৃহীত প্রবন্ধসমূহ প্রথমে বিষয়গত ও গঠনগতভাবে ঠিক আছে কিনা দেখা হয়।
২। বিষয়গত ও গঠনগতভাবে ঠিক থাকলে প্রবন্ধের বিষয়সাপেক্ষে সম্পাদকমণ্ডলীর দ্বারা মূল্যায়ন ও নির্বাচন করা হয়।
৩। সম্পাদকমণ্ডলীর দ্বারা প্রাথমিকভাবে নির্বাচিত প্রবন্ধগুলি চূড়ান্ত ধাপে নির্বাচনের জন্য পাঠানো হয় উপদেষ্টামন্ডলীর কাছে।
৪। উপদেষ্টামণ্ডলীর দ্বারা মূল্যায়িত ও নির্বাচিত প্রবন্ধ প্রকাশের জন্য চূড়ান্তভাবে গৃহীত হয়।
Our plan for this online research journal is to create an open platform for thoughtful intellectual practice by academics and independent researchers. Any research-based article on Language, Literature and Culture (including all subjects of Arts & Humanities, like History, Political Science, Philosophy, Education etc.) will be welcomed in this journal. However, only articles selected by the peer-review committee according to a specific procedure will be published in the journal. Our plan remains to have a special section based on a specific topic in each issue of the journal, along with a general section. There remains further plans to compile selected similar articles published in different issues of the journal and publish them in book form. Moreover, our journal group will strive to keep itself regularly connected with the practice of various branches of Language, Literature & Culture including Arts & Humanities Group. Therefore, in addition to publishing the journal, we organize regularly issue-based Seminars and Workshops.
Article Selection Procedure:
1. Articles received within the specified time are firstly evaluated and checked for structural correctness.
2. If structural correctness is found, the articles are evaluated and selected by the Editorial Board based on the subject matter.
3. Articles initially selected by the Editorial Board are sent to the Advisory Board for the last round of selection.
4. Articles selected by the Advisory Board are finally accepted for publication.

একুশের ঢেউ (ISSN: 2454-7182) এর সমস্ত প্রকাশিত নিবন্ধগুলি উন্মুক্ত প্রবেশাধিকার নীতির অধীনে বিশ্বব্যাপী উপলব্ধ। পাঠকরা কোনও সাবস্ক্রিপশন বা অ্যাক্সেস ফি ছাড়াই প্রকাশিত নিবন্ধগুলিতে সরাসরি অ্যাক্সেস করতে পারবেন। পাঠকরা সমস্ত প্রকাশিত নিবন্ধের সম্পূর্ণ লেখা পড়তে, ডাউনলোড করতে, অনুলিপি করতে এবং বিতরণ করতে পারবেন এবং পাঠকরা প্রকাশিত নিবন্ধটি অ-বাণিজ্যিক উদ্দেশ্যে ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন। এই বিকল্পটি সর্বদা যেকোনো জায়গা থেকে খোলা।
